What it shoots

One packshot in. A campaign out

Each product below started as one plain photo on grey. Shootika placed it in two scenes that sell it, with the label, finish and proportions kept true.

Scenes

Studio or lifestyle, your call

Pick the look each photo needs: a clean background for the product grid, a styled scene for the product page and ads, or the product in hand.

Studio

Clean, even light on a plain background, for the product grid and marketplaces.

  • White, grey or a soft colour
  • Consistent across the whole catalog

Lifestyle

Your product in a real-looking room, street or shelf, lit like a campaign.

  • Kitchens, bathrooms, desks and streets
  • Hard sun, soft window light or dusk

In hand or worn

Accessories on a wrist, in a hand or on a face, so shoppers see the scale.

  • Watches, bags, eyewear and beauty
  • Cast from the same model library as your clothing

A room, a surface, a light.

Homeware, accessories and beauty do not need a person in the frame. They need a scene that makes them look at home.

Apparel

Clothing too

Clothing gets the same treatment, on a model or as a ghost mannequin, from the flat-lay you already have.

How it works

Three steps to a finished photo

  1. Add your product

On Shopify, Shootika reads your catalog and the photos already on each product. On any other store, upload a packshot or a flat-lay in the web app.

  2. Pick a scene

Studio, lifestyle or on a model. Shoot one product or a whole collection in one run. A judge checks every photo against your product before you see it.

  3. Approve and publish

Keep the photos you like. On Shopify they go straight onto the product; anywhere else you download them, up to 4K.

Questions

What products can Shootika photograph?

Clothing, footwear, bags, jewellery and watches, eyewear, beauty and skincare, candles and homeware. Clothing goes on a model or a ghost mannequin; everything else goes into a studio or lifestyle scene, or in a hand.

What do I need to start?

One clear photo of the product: a packshot on a plain background, or a flat-lay for clothing. If it is already on your Shopify product, Shootika reads it from there.

Can I use the photos commercially?

Yes, on every plan, Free included. The photos are yours to use on your store, marketplaces, ads and social.

Do I need a Shopify store?

No. The Shopify app publishes approved photos straight to your products. Any other store signs up on the web and downloads its photos.

What does it cost?

Start free with 20 photos. Paid plans start at $5.99 a month, and a photo costs as little as $0.10.
